Shipping policy

1) Processing & production time

  • Order processing: within [0–1] business day(s).
  • Production (customized items): typically [2–4] business days.
  • Cut‑off: orders placed after [14:00 CET] are processed the next business day.

2) Shipping methods, carriers & rates

We ship with PostNL, DHL, and occasionally DPD/UPS. Available options and rates are shown at checkout.

3) Estimated transit times (after dispatch)

4) Tracking

  • Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. It may take [24] hours to activate.
  • Multiple items may ship separately with different tracking numbers.

5) Address changes & delivery issues

  • For edits, email us within 2 hours of ordering. After dispatch we can’t reroute.
  • If a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days; we’ll help file a carrier investigation.
  • Undeliverable/Refused deliveries: for non‑custom items, shipping fees are non‑refundable; a reship fee may apply. Custom items are handled case‑by‑case.

6) Customs, VAT & duties

  • Within EU: VAT is collected at checkout; no customs duties.
  • Outside EU: shipments may be subject to import duties/taxes/handling fees. These are the recipient’s responsibility. We ship DDU/Delivered Duty Unpaid unless stated otherwise.

7) PO boxes & special addresses

  • Domestic NL P.O. Boxes are generally supported via PostNL. Couriers may require a street address.
  • We currently do not ship to freight forwarders or restricted locations.

8) Pre‑orders & backorders

If an item is on pre‑order/backorder, we’ll display the expected ship window at checkout. Your order will ship when all items are ready, unless you choose split shipment.

9) If we can’t deliver on time

If we’re unable to ship within the agreed timeframe, we’ll notify you and offer options including cancellation for a full refund.
