We check each photo and will contact you if something doesn’t look right. Every print is inspected for quality before shipping. If we find any issue at all, we’ll contact you to make sure we produce the best print possible.

The main difference between our Bamboo and Pine blocks is the aesthetics. Both materials are the highest quality available, so that your photo will look amazing and last a lifetime. With Pine and Bamboo blocks, your photo will stand out, in vivid colour, and with depth and clarity. Bamboo can be slightly more matte than pine with very fine grains throughout the print. They are both very popular, so choose your favourite based on looks and how you plan on styling it in your space. Some customers like the rustic pine aesthetic and others like the sleek, classy bamboo as it has a nice grain and side pattern.

Our team of expert photographic editors check each and every photograph on our colour-calibrated screen before it goes into production. If your image is low resolution, our editors will work their magic to sharpen them up for you so they will print beautifully at the size you desire. However, if after we have tweaked them, there is still a concern about the quality, we will get in touch straight away.
