What If I Can’t Upload My Photo?
If you're experiencing an error while uploading or don’t have your photos ready right now, don’t worry! Here’s what to do:

• Add your chosen Memory Block to the cart without uploading a photo.
• Complete your order as usual.

Cropped Your Photo, But It Doesn’t Look Quite Right?
If your cropped photo isn’t turning out as expected, our Photoshop team is here to help! Just leave a note with your order, and we’ll re-edit your image and send a preview for your approval before printing.

How Do I Know My Photo Will Look Good?
Our team reviews every photo before printing to ensure it meets our quality standards. If we spot any issues, we’ll contact you directly.

My Photo Was Taken on My Phone – Is This Okay?
Absolutely! Most of our blocks are printed from mobile phone photos. All images are edited by our Photoshop experts before printing. If we notice any quality or layout concerns, we’ll reach out to you.

My Photo Was Saved from Social Media – Is This Okay?
Many of our customers print their favorite images from platforms like Facebook and Instagram, and they turn out great! Just keep in mind that social media photos are often not as high-quality as the originals, as these platforms reduce image quality to save file sizes.

If possible, try to track down the original photo from your phone or camera—the difference in quality will be worth it! Our team reviews every order individually, so if we notice any issues with the quality, we'll reach out to you directly to discuss it. Can I request a preview of my photos before they’re printed?
Yes, you can absolutely request a preview! Just leave a note in the "Add order note" section under the checkout button in your cart, and our team will send you a proof before printing. This is especially helpful if you’re unsure about the photo you uploaded, want to check cropping, or would like to see how a photo wall will look as a cohesive set. It’s also great for products like the heart and hexagon designs, which don’t have a crop preview.

Can You Do Portrait or Landscape Orientation on Rectangle Products?
Yes! All our products can be printed in either portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal). When uploading your image, simply select the orientation icon at the bottom of the cropping screen to choose your preferred layout.

Heart and Hexagon Products
For heart and hexagon shapes, our Photoshop team will handle all the cropping and editing for you. Just upload your photo and let us take care of the rest. If you have specific cropping requests, include them in your order notes. You can also request a preview of your photo on the block before we print it.

What If My Photo Doesn’t Fit the Block?
Photos that work best for heart and hexagon shapes have the subject centered with enough background space for cropping. If we notice any concerns about the fit, we’ll contact you to discuss options. Photo Wall Preview
Want to see how your photos will look together as a Photo Wall? Just let us know in your order notes, and we’ll create a preview for you to approve before printing.
